While our site does contain over 5000 unique in-stock items and millions of made-to-order product options, many stock items and made-to-order products have not been added to our site at this time. Make sure to call us at 1-800-865-3626 if you don't find the product you need on our site.

How long does it take for my product to ship?

Most in-stock items on our site are available for immediate shipment, made-to-order items are 4-7 business days.  Turnaround times are usually listed under product availability on the page for the specific product being ordered. While most orders will also ship on the same business day the order is placed, transit times can vary depending on the carrier method and your distance from our Location.

What are your hours of operation?

Our call-in center is open 8:30am - 5:00pm CST Monday-Thursday and 8:30am - 3:00pm CST Fridays. You can speak directly to our customer service department without any voicemail prompts, so you always get a real, live, friendly person answering the phone after 2-3 rings.

What are the charges for shipping?

Kenco Label & Tag Co. encourages our customers to take advantage of our free shipping on orders of $399 and up. We have 5 methods of shipping:

1) Use your own UPS/FedEx account -- enter your account # on the checkout page. We do not charge a fee for this service.

2) FREE shipping on orders $399 and up -- using Standard shipping from Kenco.

3) Standard Shipping Rates are charged by order amount not weight:
