Return Policy

At Kenco, we strive to make our customers happy. We know that making a purchase online is difficult and we want you to be certain that the product you have will suit your needs. Below is our Return Policy and Procedures. If you have any questions, please be certain to read all the instructions and information below before contacting us.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

For unopened, complete and working merchandise (Excludes Made to Order items including: Non-Stock Primera and Thermal labels, Laser Sheets and Custom Printed Products*):

Credit card refund for up to 30 days after purchase.

 

For newly purchased, opened, complete and working stock (Excludes Made to Order items including: Non-Stock Primera and Thermal labels, Laser Sheets and Custom Printed Products*):

 

Credit card refund for up to 30 days after purchase.

 

For opened package, complete and lightly used working inventory (Excludes Made to Order items including: Non-Stock Primera and Thermal labels, Laser Sheets and Custom Printed Products*):

 

Credit card refund with 15% re-stocking fee or percentage of product used vs. price, whichever is greater.

 

For products deemed defective:

 

All Primera Ink, Primera Printers & Machines Please contact Primera directly at 800-797-2772 for support and exchanges on items deemed defective by Primera. Primera the manufacturer of the ink handles all support and refunds on ink cartridges.

For all other products that Kenco deems to be defective, an exchange / product replacement for up to 60 days.

 

All exchanges and refunds of defective products will be made after the product has been inspected by Kenco to ensure that all packaging, accessories, components, instruction manuals, and warranty cards are included, along with the product's correct serial number (if applicable).

 

*Made to Order, Custom made and custom printed products, due to their uniqueness, are not returnable or refundable. They will be redone if an error is attributable to us, solely at our discretion.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

 

PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA) WILL BE REFUSED.

  1. Check your order for accuracy by verifying the shipped items against the enclosed packing slip or invoice copy. If you determine that there is an error or you have changed your mind on your purchase, Contact Kenco Customer Service for an RMA Form so that we may initiate the appropriate action.
  2. Review the Kenco Return Policy so that you will clearly understand the various return conditions.
  3. Make sure to enclose the RMA form in the return package.
  4. You are responsible for the safe delivery of returned goods. We strongly urge you to use a carrier who will insure your return and we suggest that you insure your delivery for the full value of the contents.
  5. In cases where we have made an error in filling your order, we will provide you with a Prepaid Return Label along with the RMA form. Otherwise, shipping charges are your responsibility and are strictly non-refundable.
  6. Please Write the RMA Number Clearly on the Outside of the package and return to:
